About the event
Women's Sauna sessions offer the space for women to slow down and truly relax in a secure and safe space. We nourish our souls with a guided ritual, pamper our bodies with self-care, and reconnect with ourselves and each other in sacred circle, held within the warmth of the sauna.
Feel welcome to arrive anytime between 19.00 - 19.40, the ritual will begin at 20.00.
Please bring two towels (or rent some of ours) and flip flops.
